The founder of PerCom Consulting, Alan J. Barnett, has over 20 years experience with information technology developing solutions for Fortune 1000 companies as well as small-medium businesses. Alan has a very strong background in database application development and business intelligence, and has consulted on company networks, upgrades and repairs, general computer configuration and problem resolutions.
Our Approach
We will provide the strategic and directional IT guidance or technical know how that they need to succeed and grow. One key reason is that these SME businesses are too small to support a highly qualified Information Technology Executive full-time.
We have assembled a network of time proven IT executives and top technologists and are also actively establishing alliances with a number of hardware, software and service partners who can help in the delivery of process and system changes to your businesses. We will develop and document a business aligned IT strategic plan with you and your management, we will then turn this into a tactical plan and then proceed to implement with you. We will draw upon our experience and the experience of our technology/service partners to ensure that you get the best advice, guidance and solutions.
